Jenny Joaquin

Jenny Joaquin, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Program Coordinator and previously held the position of Plant Human Resources Coordinator at Empirical Foods since January 2021. In this role, Jenny has been responsible for processing and auditing confidential employee-related documents and assisting in the recruitment process for both hourly and management positions. Before Empirical Foods, Jenny worked as a Sales Coordinator at GELITA from January 2020 to January 2021, managing purchase orders for seven sales managers and ensuring timely product delivery through effective prioritization and collaboration. Jenny's career also includes experience as a Health and Nutrition Coach at Profile by Sanford, where efforts focused on client acquisition, retention, and sales goal achievement. Jenny earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from LSU Shreveport and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa.
