As Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Services, and Support, Brian is responsible for global profit and loss for Professional Services, Technical Support, and Maintenance Renewals.

He skillfully leads a profitable team of consummate professionals focused on balancing revenue goals with best-in-class services and support for the clients they serve. A strong customer advocate, Brian is passionately focused on helping Empirix clients derive maximum business value from their investments.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in operational excellence and professional leadership as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions, software as a service, enterprise software, and profitable growth strategies. Prior to joining Empirix, he held several senior-level leadership roles in both private and public companies, including PSVillage, where he served as Chief Community Executive. Prior to that, he led the Enterprise Solutions group at RCM Technologies as Senior Vice President and General Manager, controlling a $45 million operating budget and leading several hundred employees across eight US-based operations offices.
