Haajar Yanes, PharmD, RPh, is a Clinical Account Executive at EmpiRx Health since July 2022. Previously, Yanes served as the Manager of the Pharmacy Quality Program for Medicare and as a Clinical Pharmacist at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from May 2019 to July 2022, contributing to the achievement of 5 STARS on Part D measures. Yanes began the pharmacy career at Walgreens, holding roles as Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy Intern between September 2014 and May 2019, and gained various intern experiences at companies such as Target, UMass Memorial Medical Center, Rite Aid, and St. Vincent's Hospital. Yanes holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Public Health from Montclair State University.
