Jonathan Lam

Jonathan Lam, PharmD, RPh, is a clinical pharmacist currently employed at EmpiRx Health since February 2024, where responsibilities include conducting clinical reviews to ensure appropriate and cost-efficient medication therapy while mentoring other clinical pharmacists. Prior experience includes a role at CVS Caremark as a clinical pharmacist for a brief period, and significant tenure at Walgreens from January 2020 to October 2023, where Jonathan excelled in vaccination and prescription goals amidst increased demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, and identified workflow issues to enhance operational efficiency. Early professional development included pharmacy intern positions at EmpiRx Health, Stop and Shop Pharmacy, and research assistance at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, along with foundational experience as a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy. Education culminated in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, completed in 2020.
