Polina Kogan

Polina Kogan is a seasoned pharmacy executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Presently serving as the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Executive Vice President at EmpiRx Health since 2016, Kogan has previously held the position of Vice President of Clinical Services within the same organization. Prior to this, Kogan contributed to the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY CHOICE) as the Director of Pharmacy Services from 2005 to 2016, and worked at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager from 2003 to 2005. Kogan's career began at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, where Polina served as a Clinical/Staff Pharmacist from 1997 to 2003. Academically, Kogan earned a PharmD from the University of Florida and a BS in Pharmacy from Long Island University.
