William Resnick

William Resnick is the Founder and Board Member of EmpiRx Health, a company that aims to transform the PBM industry through evidence-based decision making, proactive oversight, and exceptional service. Prior to this, Resnick was the Principal and Co-founder of Solid Benefit Guidance, where business development activities were led and recognition as a PBM expert was achieved through industry publications and speaking engagements. Additional experience includes roles such as General Manager at Medco Health Solutions, VP of National Accounts at Empire BlueCross BlueShield/WellPoint, Senior Consultant at KVI/CODA, and National Account Manager at Aetna/US Healthcare. Resnick holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Baruch/Mt Sinai School of Medicine and a BA in Business Administration/Marketing from SUNY Brockport.
