Adam Campbell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at EMPIST since October 2020, Adam has also held the position of Escalation Engineer at EMPIST since its earlier days as Digerati Group in July 2015. Prior to this, Adam worked as an Engineer and Help Desk Manager at Proactive IT from July 2013 to July 2015. Adam earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DeVry University between 2000 and 2004.
