Nikolaj Dahlgaard

Nikolaj Dahlgaard is the Co-founder and General Manager of Emplate ApS, a company dedicated to helping shopping centers engage with customers and establish valuable digital relationships, operating in Denmark and over ten other countries since July 2014. Previously, Nikolaj was a member of the Nova talent network from November 2015 to December 2019, focusing on connecting students and young professionals. As a guest lecturer at Brejninggaard Efterskole from August 2014 to June 2016, Nikolaj facilitated workshops and delivered presentations on various topics including idea generation and business development. Nikolaj also served as a sales assistant at Sport 24 from February 2011 to May 2015 and held a position as a teaching assistant at Aarhus University from September 2014 to April 2015, instructing students on innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. Nikolaj holds a degree in Business Development Engineering from Aarhus University and a Higher Commercial Examination from Herningsholm Gymnasium.
