Aron Ghebre-Michael has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on sales and account management. Aron started their career at T-Mobile as a self-employed sales partner and worked there for over 10 years. Aron then joined trAIDe GmbH, where they held multiple sales roles, including Senior Account Manager and Sales Manager. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at Linkfluence and as a Corporate Account Executive at Optimizely. Aron then joined Doctolib as a Key Account Sales Manager, focusing on large groups, private equity investors, clinics, and hospitals. Aron also worked as the Head of Sales DACH at Buddy Healthcare before becoming the Sales Director Enterprise DACH at Talkwalker. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director Enterprise at Emplifi. Aron has a track record of building key strategic and enterprise accounts in the DACH/EMEA region.

Aron also achieved the Gewinn der Marketingsimulation Markstrat conducted by Universität zu Köln in cooperation with Henkel AG in 2008.
