Emma Hines

Emma Hines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding, implementation services, and community management. Currently serving as the Customer Onboarding & Education Manager at Emplifi since August 2022, Emma leads the development and deployment of training programs and manages technical onboarding for clients in the UK&I and Nordics region. Prior to this, Emma worked at Sprinklr from October 2014 to July 2022, holding various roles including Manager of Implementation Services, Lead Implementation Consultant, Senior Implementation Consultant, and Business Consultant, where expertise in managing client onboarding projects and guiding teams was demonstrated. Emma's career also includes roles at Deep Focus London, Leo Burnett Australia, and The Conscience Organisation, showcasing a strong background in social media and content strategy. Emma holds a BA in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney and completed a Digital Strategy Basics course at AdSchool.
