Melissa Sposato, PHR

Melissa Sposato, PHR has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Andrx Pharmaceuticals in 2003. Melissa then held the same role at Andrx in 2003 before transitioning to HR Manager at Ascent Interactive, LLC in 2008. Melissa then moved to MAKO Surgical Corp. where they served as an HR Generalist until 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Melissa was the Director of Human Resources at Little Bird HR, where they provided expertise in the areas of HR compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Most recently, Melissa has been the Chief Operating Officer at Emplova since 2021.

Melissa Sposato, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Human Resources from Kaplan University between the years of 2005 and 2009. In June of 2010, they obtained their Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
