Peter Dembrowski has worked in the professional services industry for over twenty years. In 1999, they began their career as a Platinum Sales Director at EPIX, Inc., where they implemented sales strategies and successfully grew the team to more than 40 sales professionals. In 2002, they moved to VSimplify Software, Inc., where they were a Sales and Business Development Strategist, guiding the planning and development of the sales force for a start-up Human Resources Information Systems company. In 2004, they founded Peter J. Dembrowski Consulting, providing Enterprise Solutions, Business Development and Sales Advisory Services. In 2006, they joined TriNet as the Vice President of North America Sales, where they partnered with Sales and Operations to identify growth opportunities, analyze various models, and drive the implementation of strategic sales campaigns. In 2011, they were promoted to Regional Vice President and was a member of the CEO Taskforce. In 2017, they joined One Medical Group as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Client Service. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Emplova, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
Peter Dembrowski attended Adelphi University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing & Finance. In 2013, they completed the High Potential Leaders Program at The Wharton School.
