Ashley Regan (Burke) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ashley currently works at Employbridge as the Principal of Strategic Partnerships and Business Transformation, where they design and implements companywide operating models and drives partnership development strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Bluecrew as the Principal Program Manager of Strategic Support Teams, overseeing daily operations and optimizing user experience. Ashley also has experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Program Manager, leading global diversity events and education programs. Before that, they worked at Amazon as a Launch Incubation Manager and Marketing Program Manager, and at CreateSpace as a Project Coordinator. Ashley started their career at Macmillan and Penguin Group (USA) Inc in various roles.
