Cathi Canfield

Cathi Canfield is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent development, social responsibility, marketing, and innovation across various roles at Employbridge since October 2014, including Vice President, Talent Development and Social Responsibility, and Vice President, Enterprise Transformation. In addition to their leadership at Employbridge, Cathi owns a franchise of Code Ninjas since April 2018. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President Operations at Employment Plus and Director of Inc.tank at Greater Louisville Inc., accompanied by foundational roles in economic development and business counseling. Cathi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College.
