Dawn Kopp

Dawn Kopp serves as the Area Director at Employbridge since August 2006 after progressing from the role of Area Manager starting in October 2001. In the current position, Dawn manages a significant territory in the Greater Chattanooga area, overseeing financial, operational, and sales aspects of multiple branches. Responsibilities include conducting Profit & Loss monitoring, preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews for high-volume clients, and fostering strong client relationships across multiple offices. Additionally, Dawn energizes sales teams, identifies prospective clients, and implements strategies for business growth and improved operational performance.
