Joshua Gleason

Joshua Gleason, PHR has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience. Joshua began their career as a Staffing Consultant at Express Personnel Services in 2002, and then moved on to work as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from 2003 to 2005. Joshua then joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as the Director of Recruitment in 2005.

In 2006, Joshua joined EmployBridge, the largest light industrial staffing firm in North America, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Joshua started as a Human Resources Generalist, and then became a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner Lead in 2007. In 2015, they were promoted to Human Resources Director, overseeing policy development, employee relations, and performance management.

In 2017, Joshua was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources, where they had accountability for strategic and tactical HR functions including workforce development, compliance, data analytics, and employee relations. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at EmployBridge and was responsible for benefits, compensation design, compliance, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities.

Most recently, Joshua is currently serving as the Vice President of Benefits and Compliance at EmployBridge, where they are responsible for benefits design and administration as well as employment law compliance activities.

Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing and leading HR teams. Joshua is experienced in driving HR initiatives, developing and implementing policies, and guiding managers through the execution of HR programs and strategic initiatives.

Joshua Gleason, PHR, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from East Carolina University, earned between 1997 and 2002. In 2008, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Joshua also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2009.
