Kimberli Coleman

Kimberli Coleman, ITIL and CSM certified, is an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst at EmployBridge since December 2020, focusing on the implementation and support of business information systems. Prior to this role, Kimberli served as an Information Technology Service Owner at Nokia from 2015 to December 2020, managing service business continuity for twenty-five applications in the Sales and Marketing area while leading an international team of software developers and Salesforce administrators. Kimberli's career began at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where ten years were spent as an IT Business Systems Analyst, successfully delivering projects and facilitating business requirement gatherings for CRM systems. Kimberli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Southern Methodist University.
