Martha Estrada

Martha Estrada currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at EmployBridge, a role held since October 2020. Prior to this position, Martha engaged in the Human Dimensions of Organizations program at the University of Texas at Austin from August 2016 to July 2021, focusing on an innovative interdisciplinary approach to understanding organizational dynamics. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Student Consultant for the City of Austin in 2019, where Martha developed a recommendation report based on a cultural assessment, and as an Account Manager at A to Z Consultants in 2019. Martha earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020.
