Rick Rabinowitz

Rick Rabinowitz has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rick is currently working at EmployBridge as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, they worked at RemX | The Workforce Experts as an Executive Recruiter from 2018 to 2021. Rick also served as the Principal at R2 Recruiting, their own boutique recruitment company, from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they were the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Ellucian/SunGard Higher Education from 2008 to 2012, where they managed a team and conducted senior level recruitment. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Sungard Higher Education from 2005 to 2008. Rick Rabinowitz holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego. Rick also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In addition, they have a certification in SPHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute which they obtained in December 2011.
