Stephanie Malitsch

Stephanie Malitsch is a seasoned professional in human resources and onboarding, currently serving as a People Readiness Specialist at EmployBridge since November 2011. In this role, Stephanie has excelled in enhancing the new hire experience through exceptional customer service, creating innovative onboarding materials, and managing various projects. Previous experiences include roles in Compliance and Staff Development, where training programs were developed and implemented, and as a Regional Quality Supervisor, where operational systems and client interactions were optimized. Before joining EmployBridge, Stephanie worked as an Account Manager at Staffmark, specializing in HR functions. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Delaware Valley University.
