Natalia Filvarova

Natalia Filvarova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX research, product management, and education. Currently serving as a Team Lead and UX Researcher at Google since December 2021, Natalia also holds the position of Career & UX Coach at Employed.world and has contributed as a Lecturer at Forward College and IU International University of Applied Sciences. Previous roles include Product Manager at HelloFresh and Researcher & Multisensory Designer at Mission: Space Food. Natalia founded NeuroCamp and co-founded a product development consultancy at the Fraunhofer Institute while also working as a University Tutor at Spires Online Tutoring. With a Bachelor's Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and a Master's Degree in Neuroscience from LMU Munich, complemented by an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Natalia combines a strong academic foundation with diverse professional expertise.
