Rhia Lana Polyakov

Lana Polyakov, RHIA has a strong background in health information management, spanning over two decades. Lana most recently served as the Director of Health Information Management at the NY Hotel Trades Council & Hotel Assoc. of NYC Employee Benefit Funds since January 2023. Prior to this, Lana held various leadership roles at METRO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS INC, including Director of Corporate Compliance/Risk Management/HIM and Director of Health Information Management and Credentialing. Lana also worked as a Health Information Manager at Premier Healthcare from 2007 to 2016 and at YAI from 1998 to 2016.

Lana Polyakov, RHIA, has a strong education background in the field of health information and medical records administration. Lana earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Borough of Manhattan Community College from 1992 to 1994 to study health information technology.
