Tanya Rees

Tanya Rees has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tanya most recently worked as a Regional Sales Director at Employee Benefits Corporation starting in June 2023. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2023, they served as a National Sales Executive at PayFlex®, where they had a successful track record in sales. In 2018, Tanya briefly worked as an Account Representative at Lewan Technology before joining Maestro Health as a Regional Sales Manager – West from 2016 to 2017. Their career started at PayFlex® in 2005, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Executive and Sales Operations Manager, until 2016. Before entering the corporate world, Tanya worked as an Office Assistant at Wayne State College from 2001 to 2004.

Tanya Rees obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Marketing from Wayne State College from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Akron Westfield Community School between 1987 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Tanya has also acquired certifications in Cross-Functional Sales Teams and Solution Sales from LinkedIn in June 2022.
