Shridevi Balikai possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Lead - Human Resource & Admin at Employee Experts Solutions Pvt Ltd since May 2019. Previously, Shridevi held the position of HR Consultant at the same company from May 2012 to December 2015 and worked as an HR Executive at IDEB Projects (P) Ltd. from December 2007 to January 2010, as well as at Bajaj Auto Ltd from May 2006 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Karnatak University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution.
