Lauren previously worked as an Account Manager at Marshall & Sterling Employee Benefits for over a decade, gaining experience in group benefits, risk management, and human resources support services. Lauren also held various roles at The Merriam Insurance Agency before transitioning to their current position. Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Le Moyne College.
