Michael Lewis

Michael Lewis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Michael started as an Employee Benefit Specialist at MW Group Benefits, Inc in 1996 and progressed to become the Vice President, overseeing agencies' group health, life, disability, and dental insurance plans. In 2016, they joined Aflac as a District & Broker Relationship Sales Manager for a short period. Later in the same year, they returned to MW Group Benefits, Inc and held the position of Vice President until 2016, where they focused on maximizing revenue and fostering business relationships. After that, they joined Employee Family Protection, Inc in 2017 as a Business Development Associate, responsible for consulting, sales, and market EFP's proprietary benefit administration platform. Michael further advanced to the role of Senior Sales and Business Development Executive before becoming the Director of Sales Operations in September 2020.
