Julie DiNicola

Julie DiNicola has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Julie is currently working as the Director of Sales Operations at Tripleseat, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce as a Senior Technical Account Manager from September 2021 to July 2023. From 2009 to 2021, they held multiple roles at MilliporeSigma, including CRM Manager, Head of Technical Support, Customer Service Manager, and Technical Service Scientist. Before that, they worked as a Research Technician III at the Broad Institute of MIT/Harvard from April 2008 to April 2009. Julie also worked as a Visiting Research Technician at Harvard School of Public Health in 2008 and as a Scientific Technician in Antigen Discovery at the Navy Medical Research Center from October 2006 to March 2008. Julie started their career as an Associate R&D Scientist at Gene Logic from September 2005 to October 2006, and as a Technical IRTA at the National Institutes of Health from June 2004 to September 2005.

Julie DiNicola completed their education at Clark University. From 1999 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Molecular Biology. Julie then continued their studies at Clark University from 2003 to 2004, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Molecular Biology. Julie DiNicola also holds several additional certifications. In September 2015, they became a Salesforce.com Administrator. More recently, in October 2021, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) designation, followed by certifications as a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. In the same month, they also obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification. Continuing their professional development, they acquired the 15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary) certification from LinkedIn in July 2021. Most recently, in October 2022, they completed certifications in Etiquette & Productivity and Slack Basics from Slack.
