Chris Capuano

Chris is the Executive Vice President of Employee Navigator, responsible for marketplace development for medical carrier partners. Chris also provides support on strategic and legal matters for the company. Prior to joining Employee Navigator, Chris held senior management positions for 20+ years with two technology companies, helping lead Proxicom, Inc. from its initial venture funding through its IPO and sale, and helping lead ObjectVideo, Inc., including running the core business P&L, through its sale. Following the sale of Proxicom, Chris co-founded Fiduciary Counselors, Inc., an SEC-registered investment advisor and independent fiduciary for ERISA-related matters, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Chris has also served as a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse, a Senior Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center.

Chris received an LL.M. (Taxation) and Certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from the Catholic University Law School, and a B.S. cum laude from Wake Forest University. Chris resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children."
