George K. Reese

George is the Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board of Directors and responsible for the overall vision, strategy and execution. He has been CEO since establishing Employee Navigator in 2008 with Walter Hill. Prior to founding Employee Navigator, George was the founder and CEO of FlexAmerica, Inc., which was acquired by private equity firm in 2007. FlexAmerica was an independent TPA of consumer based healthcare, transportation and COBRA benefits, servicing over 3,500 companies employing over 1.2 million eligible employees. George's pioneering use of debit card technologies, web based self-service portals, BPO services in India and benefits expertise enabled FlexAmerica to grow and maintain over 97% customer satisfaction.

Prior to founding FlexAmerica, George was a partner at an employee benefit brokerage agency for 8 years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. George is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Certified Flex Consultant (CFCI). He resides outside Washington, DC with his wife and 5 sons.
