John Crowley

John is head of technology and architecture as well a partner of Employee Navigator and is responsible for the software development, architecture and security. Prior to joining Employee Navigator in 2008, John spent 11 years as a Lead Software Engineer at AOL. His responsibilities included developing a globally distributed HTTP proxy system, writing web server plugins for AOL's Screen Name Service and OpenID, and he holds a patent for his work on AOL's parental control software. Prior to joining AOL, John worked at ADP developing analytic software. He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Joseph's University and resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and son.
