Brady Banks

Brady Banks is the Director of Customer Success at EmployeeReferrals. Prior to this, they were with Venator Ventures from January 2009 to December 2013 as a Senior Recruiter. Brady helped build startup companies while with Venator Ventures. Brady is experienced in team-oriented recruiting approaches and has had success in placing top talent nationwide.

Brady Banks started their educational career at Spanish Fork High School. Brady then went on to study finance at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. After graduation, they obtained a certification from the NSP in Basic Avalanche.

Their manager is Eric Shelley, Founder. They are on a team with Ryan Whetten - Director, Marketing, Kevin Nelson - VP, Sales.
