Sanjiv Anand

Sanjiv Anand currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Soluta, Inc. and Boon-Chapman, while also advising Employees First, an innovative reinsurance captive focused on supplement health plans. Previously, Sanjiv held the position of Executive Chairman at Cahrus, a health tech start-up, and served as Senior Advisor at Aetna, contributing to the divestiture of bswift. As Chief Executive Officer of bswift, Sanjiv transformed it into a premier healthcare services provider. Earlier roles include President of Xerox Services, where a turnaround was achieved, and Chief Operating Officer at ExcellerateHRO, overseeing significant operational improvements. Sanjiv was also Chief Technology Officer at Hewitt Associates, playing a pivotal role in establishing its market dominance. Sanjiv Anand holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
