Dr. Dawn Kregel, DNP, MSN-HCM, RN, CCRN, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Women in Leadership at the University of Oklahoma since June 2025. Previous roles include System CNO/COO and SVP of Patient Care Services at Stillwater Medical Center from April 2024 to July 2025, alongside interim positions as Chief Nursing Officer at both Baylor Scott & White Health and Northwestern Medical Center. Dr. Kregel has extensive experience in nursing leadership, having held various executive positions, including Chief Nursing Officer at Lovelace Health System and interim Chief Nursing Officer roles at Valley Health and Sisters of Providence Health System. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University, a Master of Science in Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
