Cody Nowak is an accomplished benefits professional with extensive experience in various roles within the benefits sector. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Employer Flexible since July 2014, Cody has progressed through positions including Manager of Benefits Operations and Team Lead for Benefits Operations, showcasing strong leadership and operational skills. Prior to this, Cody worked as a Benefits Data Analyst at Foundation Strategies from January 2013 to July 2014 and began a career in sales as a Regional Sales Manager at NERD Beverage Corporation from August 2010 to January 2013. A graduate of the University of Houston, Cody holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics earned in 2012.
