Sheila Salo-Seifert obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The College of St. Scholastica from 1985 to 1989. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.
