Adam W.

Adam W. has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Adam started their career as a Casualty Claims Representative at Nationwide Insurance in 2002 and later moved on to become a Senior Casualty Claims Representative. In 2006, they became an Agency Manager at Nationwide Insurance - The Compass Agency, where they stayed until 2010. Adam then joined Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc as a Senior Sales Representative, responsible for marketing and selling personal lines and small commercial product offerings. In 2012, Adam joined CNA Insurance as a Field Sales Specialist, where they achieved the highest new written premium in the Atlanta region. In 2015, they became the East Region Sales Leader at EMPLOYERS, where they successfully spearheaded the launch of new markets and implemented data-driven best practices. In 2019, they took on the role of Director Sales Operations at EMPLOYERS, leading various initiatives including developing customer intelligence proficiencies. Outside of their corporate roles, Adam also co-founded the Vickie S. Honeycutt Foundation in 2010.

Adam W. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Communication Arts at Catawba College from 1997 to 2001. Adam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Appalachian State University from 2001 to 2006. In 2011, they obtained a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University.
