Leah Goldman

Leah Goldman, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management, compensation, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Compensation Manager and previously in various HR roles at EMPLOYERS from April 2019, Leah has developed expertise in coaching, compliance, and strategic partnerships with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention. Prior experiences include HR Business Partner roles at PODS and Chewy, where support for local HR operations and policy implementation was provided. Leah also has experience in employee benefits administration as an Account Executive at Benefit Resource Group and a range of HR functions including recruiting and training support at previous organizations. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Morrison University.
