Cathy Love

Cathy Love currently serves as Senior Manager of Compensation at Invesco Ltd. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cathy held various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from January 2018 to September 2025, including Compensation Leader, Total Rewards Compensation Consultant, and Senior Compensation Analyst. Cathy began her career at Aflac, where roles included Total Rewards Consultant, Senior Compensation Analyst, HR Specialist, and Payroll Specialist from 2005 to January 2018. Cathy Love earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International/Global Studies from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Columbus State University.
