Shanna Loewen

Shanna Loewen has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and consulting. Shanna started their career at Adams-Gabbert & Associates as a Sr. Consultant in 2008 and then worked as an Independent Consultant at Collective Brands, Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they joined Optum as a Senior Consultant, and later became an Independent Consultant from 2009 to 2012. Shanna worked as a Product Delivery Manager at Innovocative Solutions in 2014 and as a Scrum Master at FireMon from 2015 to 2017. Shanna also worked at Viewpath as Privacy and Security specialist from 2013 to 2017, and as an Independent Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City from 2017 to 2018. Their most recent roles include being a Sr. Scrum Master at Cox Automotive from 2018 to 2019, and currently serving as the Director of Transformation Management Office at EMPLOYERS since 2019. Shanna also held the position of Agile Coach at EMPLOYERS from 2019 to the present.

Shanna Loewen attended Montana Technological University from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Society and Technology - Communications. Shanna also studied Society and Technology - Human Values and Science, Technology and Society as part of their Bachelor of Science program. In addition to their formal education, Shanna Loewen holds additional certifications as a Certified Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master.
