Tyler Watson

Tyler Watson is an experienced sales and underwriting professional with a proven track record in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager for the East Region at EMPLOYERS since October 2016, Tyler effectively manages a team of six Territory Managers across eight Midwest states. Previously, Tyler held various roles at The Hanover Insurance Group, including Small Commercial Sales Manager and Senior Field Underwriter, where significant contributions included underwriting small commercial accounts and building agency relationships in key markets. Tyler also excelled at The Hartford as a Small Commercial Underwriter, achieving top rankings and receiving multiple recognitions for relationship management. Early career experiences included training and development roles in banking, where Tyler demonstrated strong leadership and curriculum development skills. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Business Education from the University of Nebraska.
