Jim Grimm

Jim Grimm is currently serving as the President at Employers Resource since 2001. Prior to this position, Jim held the title of National Sales Director at Protect America Inc. from March 1994 to September 2001. Jim also worked as a Branch Manager at Emergency Networks Inc. from August 1989 to March 1994, where Jim managed sales and operations for residential and commercial alarm systems. Jim attended the University of Maryland from 1984 to 1986 and Liberty University from 1983 to 1984, studying Business Administration and Political Science, respectively. Jim's professional focus is on preserving the American dream one business owner at a time.
