Ananya Das

Ananya Das is an accomplished engineering professional with significant experience in software development, engineering management, and project leadership. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Employ since July 2024, Ananya previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Symphony Talent from July 2018 to May 2024, leading a team of PHP developers and QA engineers. Ananya's earlier roles include Lead Engineer at HARMAN International, where responsibilities involved project scope and client interactions, and Software Developer at Technicolor, focusing on wireframe design and database development.
