Ashley Grider serves as the Director of Renewals & Expansion at Employ, where a global renewals function was built to enhance long-term customer value, managing over $130M in Renewal ARR and $15M in Upsell ARR. With a background that includes roles as Director of Account Management and Manager of Account Management, Ashley has led teams in both Mid-Market and SMB segments, focusing on retention, upsell strategies, and process improvements. Previous experience includes serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Paycom, achieving client retention and additional revenue growth, and as a Business Development Manager at Elwood Staffing Services. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
