Katie Ballantyne

Katie Ballantyne currently serves as the VP of Customer Operations at Employ, focusing on enhancing customer experience and learning programs. Prior to this role, Katie held various leadership positions at Cornerstone OnDemand, including VP of Global Learning Strategy & Innovation and VP of Product & Customer Experience, where responsibilities included developing multi-year learning strategies for talent management and leading global teams in customer education and product marketing. Previous experience also includes directing learning and engagement initiatives at The Venetian® I The Palazzo® and executing HR functions at Intrawest. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Queensland.
