Taylor Dankmyer has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Researcher for The Missouri Democratic Party in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Communications Intern for the National Community Pharmacists Association and later became the Vice President and Media Chair of Coal Free Mizzou, a student organization affiliated with the Sierra Club and the Sierra Student Coalition.
In 2012, Taylor joined YAYA Connection as a Researcher and Curated Content specialist, where they focused on finding secondary research and creating digestible content for companies targeting the Youth and Young Adult market. They also worked as a New Media Intern at Fission Strategy, a digital campaign and project agency, and as a Strategist and Consultant at Do Big Things, where they developed communication strategies for non-profit organizations.
Taylor's experience in the political and non-profit sectors continued with their role as a Researcher at Reger Research, where they wrote and edited opposition research books on political candidates. They then joined Upland Mobile Messaging, initially as a Mobile Strategy Associate and later as a Customer Success Manager, Lead Customer Success Manager, and Solutions Consultant. During their time at Upland Mobile Messaging, they achieved remarkable sales results and played a role in training and assisting new team members.
In 2021, Taylor took on the role of Director of Business Development and Client Success at CommunityConnect Labs, where they helped government and community-based organizations engage hard-to-reach communities using mobile messaging. Currently, Taylor is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Lever, leveraging their skills and experience to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Taylor Dankmyer completed their high school education at West Potomac High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Degree. After graduating from high school, Taylor attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on Strategic Communication. In addition to their degree, Taylor also obtained a Multicultural Certificate from the University of Missouri in June 2012.
