Woody Gibson

Woody Gibson is currently the Manager of Recruitment Marketing Integrations at Employ, overseeing a team dedicated to building and maintaining integrations between customer systems and the Recruitment Marketing platform since October 2023. Prior to this role, Woody served as the Lead of Integrations at Jobvite from November 2021 to October 2023 and held the position of Integrations Specialist at Virtusa from May 2016 to November 2021. Woody's career began at Ameriana Bank as a Senior Consultant from June 2005 to April 2016, followed by a role as Network Manager, focusing on network administration and IT management. Early experience includes working as a Support Technician at Community Tech Center and an IT Intern at Richmond Community Schools. Woody holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science in Computer Science, both from Indiana University East, and attended Ball State University from 1997 to 1998.
