Ren Delfin

Ren Delfin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in student success coaching and client services. Currently serving as a Student Success Manager and Student Success Coach at EmployIndy and Ivy Tech Community College respectively, Ren has focused on helping students achieve their educational goals since May 2022. Ren's prior role as an Eligibility Specialist at the John H Boner Community Center involved interviewing clients and evaluating their eligibility for various assistance programs. Additional experience includes working as a Practicum Student at MSD of Warren Township and an Operations Coordinator at the Bepko Learning Center at IUPUI, where Ren managed projects and developed individualized academic plans for students. Ren holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Core 40 with Academic Honors diploma from Warren Central High School.
