Sonia L. Torres, CWDP LION, is an experienced career coach and case manager with a demonstrated history in the workforce development sector. Since February 2014, Sonia has been employed at Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) as a Career Coach and Case Manager, previously serving as a Case Manager at Central States SER from 2009 to 2013. Prior work experience includes a role as Program Manager at the Chicago Federation of Labor Workers Assistance Committee, where Sonia managed a caseload of 60 and oversaw various program service processes such as intake, assessment, job search training, and follow-up services.
