Kevin Rainey has extensive experience in career counseling and employment services, currently serving as a Trainer & Career Counselor at Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) since October 2012. In this role, Kevin has successfully increased the placement of Chicago Housing Authority residents in subsidized employment and improved their transition to unsubsidized positions through effective career counseling and skills training. Prior to E&ES, Kevin worked as an Employment Specialist at Opportunity Partners, overseeing a caseload of disabled adult clients and developing tailored employment plans. Additionally, Kevin served as an Employment Coach & Customer Service Trainer at Lifetrack Resources, where responsibilities included managing client caseloads and fostering employer relationships. Kevin holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas and has completed professional development programs in supervisory training and nonprofit management.
