Lutonda Baumgardner

LuTonda Baumgardner is the Vice President of Human Resources at Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) and a Board Member/Chair of the LOT Program at the National Black MBA Association. Prior to these roles, Baumgardner held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Edward Jones, Human Resources Director at Gap Inc./Old Navy, and Director of Associate Relations & Talent Management at EXPRESS. With a Master's in Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, Baumgardner has a strong background in talent strategy and HR leadership.
